Accomodation at 
Graduate House

We are smaller than other University of Canterbury Halls of Residence we have just 30 rooms and we are proud to provide a warm, friendly, caring, family run ‘graduate accommodation’ environment which welcomes all ages and nationalities. We have a live-in Residential Assistant/ Night Warden and Managers of the accommodation building live nearby and are onsite every day to resolve  general queries or attend to room maintenance.

 

Our rooms have modern clean bed and mattress's (many are doubles) bedside table, student desk, chair and wardrobe. Some even have a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge.

The real plus is our rooms are large 22sqm, offer good natural daylight and our excellent central heating system keeps the building warm and cosy in the colder months. There are two large communal kitchens, a lounge with comfortable sofas and television, there is a well-equipped laundry. Onsite car parking is available on request and secure bike parking.
